Million Dollar Voyage Raffle – Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Employees, board members, and their immediate family members of Forward Sails are not eligible to participate.
- Ticket Sales: A total of 5000 tickets will be sold at a price of $500.00 each. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until all tickets are sold.
- Prize Drawing: Once all 5000 tickets are sold, a random drawing will be conducted to select the winner of the $1,000,000 prize. The drawing will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
- Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 48 hours of the drawing. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner will be selected.
- Prize Claim: The $1,000,000 prize will be awarded in the form of a check or electronic transfer. The winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.
- Publicity: By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to allow Forward Sails to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
